Emergency Digital is different from other website development and hosting services because our product is Wiki-based, and our whole approach springs from the same open-source philosophy: Let information be as free and open as it can possibly, safely be.

While we can help you produce a wiki that has the appearance of a conventional, HTML website, we’ll also be providing you with all the benefits of a rich, complex, full-featured Wiki and the knowledge to use it to achieve the kind of collaborative, quick and easy interactive experience that the web was always meant to provide.

Basic Wiki Training & Starter Package

Ideal for a small business or non-profit, or an individual or family. We work with you to set it up, then provide you with training and support to use, develop and maintain the content yourselves.

• $250 retainer gets you started (financial assistance may be available for selected, small non-profits)

Are you already a Wiki enthusiast? We can set up one of our customized, extra grade-A fancy versions of the PmWiki engine for you, and turn you loose on it.

Further site development

We help you get your site set up as part of your initial training. If you require additional assistance with the content, appearance, organization or functionality of your site, we can assess those needs and put together a proposal for you.

Additional training and support

After the initial period, additional suggestions, explanations, how-to answers, and other assistance will be available either on an ad hoc basis, for an hourly fee, or as we work out through a proposal for specific services.

Site features

We’ve customized the PmWiki engine to provide many optional and original features. As we continue to develop the software, we will upgrade your site as enhancements become available. Among the enhancements that we have already put in place are:
