As detailed on the News page, John died on Sunday, August 28, 2005. We would like to have a memorial gathering on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, 2006.

Where will “there” be?
At the delightful and entirely fitting Harp And Shamrock - keeping it in the Anthro family.
What will happen?
Let’s have a Potluck Dinner (if a breakfast/lunch is a brunch, then is a lunch/dinner a linner? Or is it lunch/supper = lupper?). Ethnic dishes are encouraged, but certainly not mandatory. If you’d care to, you could leave a note below about what general category (salad, entree, beverage, desert) of dish you plan to bring.
And let’s plan to have a ‘service’ of sorts - a time for us to say a few words, if we have them, about John, his life, our memories of him and what he meant to us. We’ll plan to do that around 4, and then we eat.
